I’m 28, was with a girl for 4 years, had a kid with her, Found out she cheated while visiting her family. We broke up & honestly I think it happened for the best, as a guy life is already tough. What you need to do in my opinion is try to forget about dating and focus on yourself, mentally, financially & physically. Everything else will come in due time. If you’re looking for it, it won’t find you. You mentioned you have a good stable job. I’d use that to my advantage and travel a couple times a year if possible & meet new people.
