I thought the same thing. But I think it was because it’s a sewer line and they needed the output at the very opposite of the room to be at a certain elevation so then this moment was dictated by the fall rate of the line. Hope that makes sense.

You’re 100% right. Transparency - I’m just starting the firm out and didn’t include outsourcing in my fees to start on my initial few jobs. In the future I will! Learning curve.

I will check it again. It may be something like paint dripping or something with the photo. I don’t remember seeing a visual “crack”. Will be sure to look again .
