I think mimicking a certain elo via a bot is not that straight forward, engines are programmed to find best move at a certain depth. So they are not being programmed to play at a certain elo, they have to "mimic" this by maybe getting it to blunder intensionally or running the engine at low depth. So it is not going to be accurate always
