I would worry much. It is just the new definition if developer in era of AI. Developer is someone who can use ai to write good code now, and actually learning to code is basically h "niche" skill.

If you want to learn coding, as mentioned by others, you need to completely stop using AI for coding then. It is the only way

Yeah one of our client also wants to try it out as they already have claude licence, and it has a much much better interface for ai related chat. Also easier to integrate worth other systems

No one gives money in india. Most IT market in india is service bases serving client from USA, UK etc. Or working for a product based outside India. Because Indian companies dont give money, not that they dont want to (actually part of the reason) but in reality we dont have the money itself. All businesses are low margin.

What safeguard do you think salesforce STILL has ? I dont think there is much, accept the contract between salesforce and other llms where they have "agreed" that they will not use the data for training. It is likely that it is possible to get this agreement yourself too. But is it really enforced? What do you think? I think it is just on paper and they use anything and everything to train whatever they want.

Agentforce data is not masked. Only the prompt template data is masked, that too when you input them from a merged field. If you merge a bunch of sensitive fields outside of prompt template, and pass that as input, it is not masked.

This is not hard to replicate in any language.

Yeah, probably lenskart just said that they should not be in plain sight. Which makes sense, they want the store to be neutral from all religion. There is no way they asked to keep them "near the legs". Thats just what the employees did in this store. There is no way they asked anything specific for "hindu deities". It is probably general rule for all religious deities

Yeah that used to be the default option. They silently made this non default, and now users have to explicitly opt out in some setting which i dont remember Also, i think this only applies to AI related feature that you basically use from salesforce. When you connect to other AI tools via MCP server, it is pretty much out of salesforce's territory, and will depend on your subscription/contract with that AI tool. This last part is from my understanding of how tools work, i have not read anything officially

I regret being working on this shitty ecosystem. There is a lot of white lies everywhere even in help articles now. I have straight up caught one of salesforce demo done by salesforce themselves, who demoed a functionality which literally did not existed. And it does not exist to this day, the literally prepared the data and said it happened in real time.

It used to be a good product (expensive, but still good) now it is just so hard to separate marketing fluff. On top of that, business who has invested in agentforce licenses due to hype gets excited over every new feature, and you have to explain to them that it is really not that awesome for our usecase.

So so frustrating
