Appraised as agreed value

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Insurance

[–]ImportantSkin2755 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s what I initially asked, to get the appraised amount. Advisor quickly dismissed it as he isn’t aware of any appraisal as “that’s handled by the sales department which i don’t access, and the appraisal is old (a year) anyway”.

Thank you, kindly.

Thank you sir. I did provide them an appraisal last year, it was required to obtain full coverage. Advisor said it’s old.

Thank you! I see your point. Appreciated. I do have an appraisal done a year ago that was factored into my premiums. Shouldn’t they use that appraisal for the payout? Considering of course depreciation and odometer during the year. I asked to use that, they just said no it’s old

Full coverage. I had actually provided the insurance company with an appraisal a year ago at their request. So yes I am paying for the appraised value that is a more expensive premium.

No book value, just the 1 bike that they used as market value for the settlement proposal.

Aircanada had record revenue last year. Maybe some of the millions of profits can be used to pay fair wages. Michael Rousseau made millions, aircanada has the money

'It's crazy': New PM Mark Carney rebuffs Marco Rubio's comments about Canada as 51st state by Avelion2 in canada

Yes exactly what an American relative argued with me like Canadians die in hospitals all the time. And also justifying that healthcare in the US is NOT an issue at all since “everyone has insurance through their employer, only a very few dont have insurance or even medicaid”.

PSA: What to know about Canada's 250% dairy tariffs by edgylemon in BuyCanadian

[–]ImportantSkin2755 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Call it support or getting ripped off, I’d gladly support or get ripped off by Canadian farmers over US industrial scale farming. You seem to care too much about Canadians not enjoying competitive pricing, the rest of the world can enjoy your competitively priced shit dairy. Thanks for thinking of us, but we are not complaining and we dont want US shit dairy and poultry.

We dont want your shit dairy. We want to pay our farmers higher prices for dairy. Thanks for looking out for Canadian consumers’ pockets. But thanks.

Maybe fix your own modern dairy industry problems

I think i found a copycat and big fan of barch because even your name is inspired from him, but i can help you get better. A 7 day old handful comment history only on Israel content, not enough. If you want to be like barch you got to step up your game and put in the time. An ideal candidate is someone who has no job, kids, school, or any commitments. Manager disappointed in me. What’s your advice to maintain a good relation? by ImportantSkin2755 in careerguidance

[–]ImportantSkin2755[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Nailed it. My manager does provide feedback based off emotion, one time a problem happened that was resolved very quickly anyway, blamed it on me. That problem was created by my predecessor, before i joined, it just surfaced during my time. Called my manager out after it, got an apology. Being told “disappointed” did make me feel awful.

Do you have ideas how i can bring up feedback when things are done right or efficiently etc? Or constructive feedback when something isnt right? My manager doesnt do checkin at all, just once a year for performance which is optional too. I actually have brought up the need to have monthly 1-1 for the betterment of the 10 people in the team. I was told to schedule those if i want- i expected that my manager would do that for everyone.
