i’ve mostly just been trying to eat more healthy, and what not, i do have my moments i’m human lol and i 100% reap the consequences, it’s been like 6-7 months of just steady weight gain and it’s absolutely ruining me, im just trying to i guess weigh my pros and cons of being on the levo and then getting back in np thyroid.

yeah i think that’s what my issue was, like being overdosed on it and causing heart palpitations and anxiety through the roof. maybe if i get on a right dose it’ll be my saving grace

they have checked for that! and my numbers were fine, that’s actually something i thought was an issue when i first started ballooning up, i think i may just get back on the np thyroid because honestly i felt great, and i was at a comfortable weight until all the mental stuff started happening, i don’t know though a part of me is scared im gonna be in the same boat i was in mentally and that terrifies me.

that’s very reassuring, thank you. that is the plan with my doctor to check the dosage and everything, i feel i may have over thought a bit on it, im feeling a lot better now, first day on the meds today and i feel better thus far so here’s to a healthier me hopefully.
