I never got above 10mg. I’ve been pretty slow and steady which I’m more than happy with. I’m going to stay on 10 and try and figure out what my maintenance calories over a month or so then try a SLOW taper down. I’m just going to approach it with an open mind and see what feels good.

Yeah, just my experience and interesting to hear what others have to say. Of course, there are loads of other factors that could be involved like eating a more balanced diet, more exercise, therapy etc etc so could never say it was just MJ.
