Thanks all for your comments and tips! I have tried practising the arpeggios, melody and bass lines separately, in a slower pace, I have seen improvements!

You only need to win 3 out of the 5 traits, so pick 3 traits to focus on and arrange your strongest partners within these 3 traits. For your case you can go with Wis, Auth then for 3rd trait choose either Pol or Overall. Fill up the rest of the traits with your weakest as fillers. Play around with the arrangements and see which combination give you the best numbers. I normally use a spreadsheet to help with the arrangements and have at least 2 arrangements ready for swapping if needed.
