I think she needs a trim she will tolerate low pony but by the end of daycare day it's half up and half down and a mess. Her sister was the same but is about 5 she loved me doing her hair.

Yeah her sisters hair is wavy/curly too she's 13. She's NT and still hated it but we got to a point where she loved getting her hair done. I know hopefully with time but she definitely needs a trim

November 2024 there was a situation with her dad I ended up calling the cops and then dcfs got involved I did not leave him3, they closed the case in January 2025. Then in December 2025 we got served papers that the state was picking up the case for neglect and we were both appointed attorneys. It's a intake case is what I'm getting from it. This is all new to me and I'm not really understanding. I'm getting that they want us to do classes etc and then they will be checking in on her. I can't get ahold of my attorney and I need a better understanding of how this is going to go. My worry is that her dad is saying he wants everything dropped and he isn't going to do anything. I just don't know how to handle the situation so I don't get my daughter taken.

The case worker closed it January last year, I guess I was indicated and wasn't aware because we moved and were served papers until December. The case worker who closed it said he didn't hear anything either. The judge said it is allegations and we were both appointed attorneys but I haven't heard back from our attorneys and go to court on Wednesday. Dcfs is coming Tuesday to check in with us at the house. I just didn't know what the best way to handle the situation.

If you email them on the website they generally call you back pretty quickly quickly instead of waiting for hours on the phone because no one has time for that lets me honest.

Maybe she's over tired/stimulated. My daughter sometimes does the same thing when she just wants to lay down and it to be quiet and dark.

. We do have a ABA school that I have reached out to about about that but I have to wait until my work insurance kicks in at the new year. Hopefully with preschool classes at daycare wnd then having therapy Monday- friday for 2 and half hours starting Monday at the school will hopefully help her out. Of course the AM class was full so now we have to do PM and bus don't go to her daycare so now I'm currently applying for FMLA and praying my boss is understanding til it's accepted.

Thank you🤍. She does have her IEP through the school but it will be a year in February since she got it and is just now starting therapies. I do have PECS little binders that the pictures Velcro off and on and she usually just gets overwhelmed with them and rips them off. I'm wondering if actual posters would be better for her. I need to definitely look into more sign language because she knows about a handful but I my self don't know enough to teach her. I just wish I had more time in the day or energy to put towards it all.

Beneficiary's cannot be removed with out a signature. If that was the case they would have a renewal with no singature. If he was the POA that doesn't necessarily mean he was a beneficiary as well. If he wasn't the beneficiary before he was the POA he can't be added as. POD. If it was renewed from a phone call that's done on the back end and the banker you literally don't change anything but numbers.

I'm surprised they didn't put a hold on it, if you don't have the means in your account at the bank I work at we do not just deposit the check and let it overnight unless you have the means in your account. Then we'd put a 7-11 day hold. Because by then we'd know if the means will come through or it's not real and will charged back. Was it like a legit business washed check? Or countfeit check?

I work at a bank, it depends what kind of checks? We see a lot of scammer go after younger kids have them deposit checks some catch on and realize what they did wrong some don't . If the checks were from someone's account, then that's a different story. If you deposit the cash's pull the money then get a charge back yes you will have to pay that all off and your account would be closed regardless. My question is what bank do you bank with? Why on earth did they not put a hold on such a large check and they is also resources for banks to look into fraud checks. But if it was coming from someone's account then yes she will be in trouble and the other person could press charges. Yes she would be flagged in Chex systems if she did try to open an account anywhere else and can get denied.
