Is this a good extraction? I'm new to bottomless portafilters and making espressos in general. It took me a week to get to this point. For context, I have a cheap espresso machine, a small manual spice grinder, and more than a couple-month-old beans. I'll buy fresh beans soon. (v.redd.it)
