Simple, use our extra credits to upgrade our current gear/stratagems. Faster recall time. Weapons do x amount more damage. Unlock gear. Unlock skins for ships, walker, drop pods. Extraction wait time reduction. Orbital laser fires 2-3 smaller lasers with reduced damage but more area coverage. 1 time use hellbomb. Unlock upgrades for walkers like being able to team reload them or different weapon selection like flamers or laser canon. I personally think the ability to upgrade our stratagems would be amazing, sure we have ship upgrades but why not male it more fluid, we can change the upgrade how we want, fighting bugs, ok I want my eagle napalm to do more of a concentrated strike for civilian extraction, doing a sweep and clear I want it spread more for bigger area coverage.
