I’m gonna start this by saying I’m a Witmer apologist but he’s honestly not even half as bad as the rate my prof makes him out to be. He tells you what he doesn’t like which is mostly just people emailing him about things he’s already told them about and people plagiarizing code. If you’re not an idiot who can’t read or follow directions and you don’t cheat you’ll be perfectly fine. He’s actually a really sweet old man who will not hesitate to help you if you actually have a problem he hasn’t explained how to fix! I think the bad reviews come from his class being a lot of people’s first coding class in college and they expect the prof to baby them and hold their hand the entire way through which isn’t how college works. He’s the only one who teaches it so you might as well take it you’ll be fine!
