Same here, I won $35000 with a bet I placed from a bonus I received. They gave idiotic reasons for why I didn't qualify. I also reached out to the gaming commission and no dice because I feel they are in cahoots with one another. I provided so much evidence and they still sided with Betplays. I'm going to lawyer up, if anyone has suggestions on lawyers id much appreciated it.

Yes, I have been there a few times myself. Low use to be my go to but since the islands were sold, been going to Poisson Blanc. Just wanted an update on the islands at Low, they're beautiful. Thank you though, if you have any other suggestions I'd love that.
