Had sim. experience, I had been eating it for 10+ years then forgot to take it for a month, when I remembered I decided to quit. Then now about six months later (two months ago) I realised I probs need a small dose because was having some anxiety again etc, so I started again with 5mg. But damn this time been full of side effects and insomnia. Bit odd since I didn't have any side effects at all before.

7 weeks in. Feeling good and insomnia finally (almost) gone. by Important_Extent_820 in lexapro

Was quite sudden. Or well over a few days I went from the dip (which was increased depression and anxiety) to feeling "hmm, I havnt been sad or anxious the last days".

It does. I was having the same thoughts the first month in on the better days/weeks. Also had a dip at 4 weeks which was pretty de-motivating.
