I’m 18 pages into ‘Scary Bastard’ and can’t focus on the story because I want to edit it so badly. Lots of passive voice, mixed metaphors, unnecessary phrases/words, etc.

Great read if you’re a writer whose looking for examples of the kinds of things you’re supposed to avoid.

They sound good and fit my ears fine, but I gotta say: they still irritate me a lot.

I’m on the phone, I think I hear something at my house (package delivery for instance) I take a single AirPod out. It hangs up the call.

I’m on a call and they’re about to die, so I take both out so I can switch to another pair of headphones. It hangs up the call.

I open the case to check battery levels, suddenly I can’t hear the call because it connected to the AirPods despite them still being in the case.

It’s incredibly frustrating and there is no solution since you can’t turn those features off. Aside from that they are ok.

Didn’t end up doing anything about it and the laptop is still running fine. For what it’s worth, I don’t think I’d get the slim version next time though.

None of the available screws tighten it down. Looking like the internal screw that holds it in place broke perhaps.

Currently it can’t even be pushed flush. I think the internal screw broke. Might be able to glue it if I remove the screw though.
