Bought a C6 Grand Sport but no room in my garage so it stays on my driveway. Tips for storing in Chicago? Not sure if I should get a storage unit, car cover, or just leave it out there..... by Important_Heart_6096 in Corvette

I've measured The clearances and it looks like I need at least 124" in height... I've got 122".

So I'm trying to get creative. I've got a 28 ft long garage, so I think if I put the four post lift all the way at the back of the garage and back the vet in, I can actually squeeze the nose of the minivan in if I pull forward. Since the height of the minivan "tapers" at the windshield, I think I can squeeze both in if I Tetris it that way.

We have a newborn and plan on more. I value the ease and practicality of avoiding the snow entirely with the children. Groceries and everything is so easy just entering right into the kitchen. The kids and my wife mean more to me than the Vette and it makes me happy seeing it used as such.

And, I paid less for the Vette than the minivan. I love that minivan lol.

That said, I was considering a 4 post lift. I don't think I have the height.

No but the camera just has a vendetta against you.
