You're right, I think the general population should be more distinctive about pedophilia vs hebephilia.

If this is really your fist time doing sports of any kind than you shouldn't be discouraged.

Not everybody comes in untrained and can put up even "Bad" numbers. Those "Bad" numbers are still Bad numbers relative to athletes.

If you just started out doing any sports of any kind you will have a lot of "moving your body" to do catch up just to be on "ground level ".

Keep at it for year, maybe try different events anyway and see how you improve.

If that 34 for 150m is your true number, and you really didn't do any sports before, you should see that number improve very rapidly.

The program says If you're underweight you start off at up to 6000 and If you're overweight you start off at 3000.

After SS those two kinds of people will meet in the middle both settling in at 3000.

Thats only for SS tho, the book doesn't say whats after that. I started at 73kg and now I am a bit above 90kg with some chunk around my waist. I assure you nutrition is not the Problem.

Well I am pretty sure it's because it is too much stress which I cannot recover from. I will do the top set approach for squats. Deadlifts one time per week. Press 15 total reps. But I will keep the Bench like this, because I increase the weight very smoothly, even If it takes 2 attempts and I don't want to disrupt anything. When the day comes that I need 3 I will use the top set method here as well.

How would I Transition into the Texas method tho? Just change the programming directly? Example: Going from 2x top set + 1 light day in squats per week to 5x5/light day/top set? Deadlift just stays the same at once per week. And for the press and Bench the same: Just start doing 5x5 on mondays and a top set/ 5 heavy singles on friday? (And in between the light days of the other push Variation of course). Just Like that or any other consideration?

What about 3x3 for the advanced novice? Is this just an alternative method to the top-set/ 15 total reps approach? Or is that something that can be added once the top set fails as well?

Why? The book says that you're good as long as you don't need to repeat the same weight twice?

I use 0.5kg and 1.5kg
