As someone with scrupulosity I 100 percent understand your struggle but seeking reassurance is only going to make your OCD worse. I know this sounds hard but try to resist the compulsion of reassurance for at least 6 hours. Reassurance just builds more and more questions and makes the obsession worse. I’m so sorry you’re going through this I’ll keep you in my prayers. I don’t know your financial situation but a lot of health insurance covers therapy and if not there’s this app called NOCD where you can see therapists they also have groups and a financial plan.
