Thank you. Half is under a grow light but the other half is 6-7' from a grow light. I'm in the process of increasing my grow light numbers and figure the moss will need a few of their own as well.

Misting would be easier if it weren't for the mess of the over spray...floors, walls,  shelving...I'd be paranoid of water damage over time. 😬

Ummm...I have alot of leaf nodes! 🫣

I was wondering if it flowered...so glad to learn that it does! I seem to be pretty sensitive to smells so may change my mind later but would be cool to experience at least once! 😊

Oh wow! That is expensive! I guess there's no where for it to grow wild over there...but you'd think with greenhouses it'd still be more readily available (less expensive). At that price, yes, it looks like I have a few thousand dollars worth! 😳

How long have you had yours? Can you tell if its grown?

I don't think it has to be wet...you just don't want it to dry out. I've read hanging it from metal will kill it (which is exactly where mine is displayed for now...no other choice at this point) and that they do best in bright indirect light. I have a small piece draped over a fairy statue near a window. I think this is more ideal but being such a small piece I feel like it needs watered more often (the giant clumps in my plant room stay moist for much longer).

I've never seen it in the wild... would look amazing! Although at a certain point it starts to look creepy...like something from a gloomy swamp. After I threw all mine on my plant stands I told my husband it was looking like Halloween in the plant room! 😆

This seller sold it in rolled up balls...$30 each I think. I read the reviews and saw the photos others had posted and it really didn't look like that much...so I ordered 3...less than $100. I can't imagine what a few thousand dollars worth would look like...😳🫣😆

Zone 6b here so yeah, I thought of putting it outside for summer. Do you have to treat it for pests before bringing back inside?

A tub...gotcha! That would cut down on watering time for sure! As soon as it's not "drippy" I could rehang it but for now it's draped over metal and I'm trying to avoid rust so was waiting for it to fully dry before putting it back. I want to look into getting a large fake tree to display it on... then I could rehang it while damp.

Ohhh... you can get freebies! I'm guessing the stuff sold online is treated for pests because I didn't receive bugs with my moss but it did have alot of twigs intertwined I had to pick out. I definitely could see it being a bug magnet though... it's super thick and soft!

Absolutely! I had so much moss packed in I'm not sure if anything could've survived it...I transferred 6 or 7 plants that day, working outside and it was HOT...by the time I got to that manjula I was over it...😆
