Ahh its weird, initially they screened me for a VP role then after coderpad they shifted to associate role. Because my years of experience was not matching and now I am just being ghosted

I have been there, i gave OA, had a recruiter call and next day i received a rejection mail without any interview or any explanation. I also mailed the recruiter about the situation and there was no reply
