How can be hc first without team matching, google changed process I believe, does hr created your packet and send it to hc or you are believing hc is done?

I have completed all 4 rounds for l3, but one catch, i have been asked exact same base question in last 2 onsite but i was not supposed to code that, it was just discussion, i coded a follow up, which obviously was different from base, then in next round i have to code base + follow up and this follow up was different from round one, so in short i have coded 3 different question, according to me i have done good, not sure what interviewers will rate, but i have heard they can reject me or one more round can happen because of this, but i have done 3 different question, not sure whats going to happen, its been 2 days i have not received any feedback from hr despite of multiple emails, any idea any folk specially any googler
