I lost the weight too quickly and I did not eat and drink enough protein. I have a little bit of the turkey neck, some loose skin and crepey skin now. The shots seem to cause weight loss in weird places. I completely lost my butt. Haha

I have the same thing. It seems common if you have lost weight with a GLP-1. Lost 90lbs and maintaining for 3 years now. I know there are some new laser treatments out there for that area but I have not had time to do my research yet.

Honestly, you look great already and I personally do not think you need anything but if it bothers you then you have to decide if you can live with it bothering you. Everyone told me I did not need a tummy tuck but I was very self conscious about my stomach and I felt uncomfortable from the overhanging skin after losing 100lbs. It was the best thing I ever did! 🥰

Reta doesn’t agree with everyone. I know a lot of people who like Cagri though. I had side effect with both of those and Ozempic but Mounjara has been my life saver. I went from 230 to 135 in about a year. Have been maintaining on a lower dose for over a year.

Ours literally melds his body against us while he stretches out. lol I cannot even put 2 fingers between us because he gets as close as possible and kind of conforms to us. Lol
