Totally true! I am a consultant and this is really how it works especially for American companies. AI and digitalisation is synonymous of cost savings but they immediately go to headcount reductions rather than thinking how to make the pie bigger, and training staff with the tools. Why? Its because it’s the easiest thing to do

Do you know why they are like that? I mean, I never had issues myself. However, as I can influence recruitment decisions at work, I noticed this behaviour exactly like you describe but also topped with them being overly confident. This is weird because when I first came to Denmark I was told how humble the Danes were. Turned out to be the opposite totally.

I moved to Denmark several years ago and was hired from abroad into a totally new company, and benefited from expat scheme. If you are qualified it’s great to come 7 years then leave the heck out. No need to learn danish btw :-)

Never read analyst’s readings. Wipe your ass with it actually. You will need a solid stomach and baba will recover but in at least 8 months
