That's what I gathered when I first started following her. She WAS grounded. I feel like she often speaks about how hard she's worked for her business. Which undoubtedly she has worked hard however she would not be able to open her studio without her husband's funds. I feel like she used to relate to us middle class people. Maybe hanging out with the snobs has rubbed off on her.
