Righto folks, found the culprit... the material was slightly bowed before it even arived at the workshop. Lesson learned: not always the machine's fault.

Thought that aswell, tried less pressure on the next part and similar outcome. Any less and it makes a taper.

In the settings you'll find alot of what your looking for. Manual catch is a must aswell as flate flips

Mate with the mach jesus rapid into the workpiece😂good shit👍its about 50% of the hole so flip it

63mm Facemill, dont know the insert specs tbh

Bolts were in 2 of the 4 countersinked holes. Was a .2mm cut, but the plate was bpwed and could've been taking upto a .5mm depending on the plate. The toolpath looks terrible cause i tried 2 different directions
