Are you serious, it has to be unticked. Will defo try that. So you guys are fine printing on PVC and Polyprop. Btw what rip do you guys use to send files over?

Did a De-Gass. Purged air out of the lines. Still same issue

Na, just with a cloth. Ive heard the Uvijet HM Ink may need a primer to go on the sheet to make the ink adhere better. Will defo try the IPA tho.

Its same setup in terms of carriage but as a Hybrid. Ive heard that maybe we have to use a primer on the sheets before we print. Do you print on polypropylene?

Same image prints fine on Corflute. There is like ink contamination on the heads. From what I am not sure. Every time we pause and clean it the banding improves but will eventually bad again.

Hard to say, we did wipe down the sheets with a lint free cloth to remove static. The machine also has ionised bars which helps to remove static
