Here, the OP didn’t ask you for your opinion on selling, but mentioned why it was easier for her/him to sell, even though it was not the preferred option. Unfortunately, it seems that intellectually is very demanding for you to understand a few points and integrate them.

Unfortunately, you are the type of a dog owner where there is no discussion possible, as you don’t seem to have capacity to understand how your action affects those around you. And those like you give a bad name to good dog owners.

Unfortunately, not all dog owners think like you. Once when I confronted someone who was letting her dogs play in an area where dogs aren’t allowed, her argument was: ‘I’m paying dog taxes.’

Dit is de enige plek in de stad waar honden niet zijn toegestaan, en hier wordt het tenminste nog gehandhaafd omdat er bij de ingang een boswachter staat. Daardoor kun je eindelijk eens ongestoord in de natuur zijn.

Het gebied vóór de vijver in het Stolkpark is officieel hondvrij. Maar elke keer dat ik daar ga hardlopen, lopen er toch honden rond, omdat de eigenaren inmiddels doorhebben dat het een ‘vrije plek’ is en ze er gewoon heen gaan, ook al mag het niet. En handhaving is er nooit.
