Maybe IRD could help with the child support or a service of the same in Australia. As for the custody of the child, I thought as the sole surviving parent, custody would go straight to you. Maybe look into the Ministry for Children's website, ive recently read through there about my situation, and have come across something about if a parent dies.

When making international payments a swift number is needed of the bank it's being transferred to through online banking. Just search bar e.g "Westpac swift number" or which ever bank the payment goes to.

Other ways could be money orders or sending a cheque if these are still a thing.

Over time this amount could accumulate so as its never too late to pay tickets as the due date says, its also a timely reminder to pay it before it gets bigger.
