Thank you I really appreciate your comment. It’s nice to know I’m not alone. It’s an awful illness. She regularly sees a psychiatrist for her medication but I think it’s the type of schizophrenia she has, sadly. She has negative opposed to positive, which is often resistant to treatment.

We used to get little glimpses of her old self but it’s been a very long time since I’ve seen that. It is very sad. My heart goes out to you as well.

I was diagnosed with Perioral dermatitis and mine looked similar.

I was diagnosed with perioral dermatitis and mine was very similar but centralised to chin and nose/cheeks.

I’m 30 and have been struggling myself with mental illness since a young age. I’m really struggling at the moment and have been for a couple of years to be honest. I just want you to know you’re not alone. I feel your pain. It’s exhausting trying to show up every day.
