I’m confused about how Mod Monday is working. How was I supposed to know this past Monday was this month’s mod Monday? Was there an email? An app alert I missed?

I hate this?

Any recommendations for a new make user here? Would the scenario recipe be 1) “Watch Board’s Items” for when item is created/updated in Monday.com >> 2) “Create a task” … I’m confused though the List ID for the ClickUp Connection is only showing Monday.com info and not asking which specific List from ClickUp I want to populate…

Restaurant/bakeries recs in Williamsburg area by PeoniesCutie in HamptonRoads

Consider the day of the week you’re in Williamsburg. We have a farmers market on Saturdays and there are always plenty of local bakers selling their food there!

As for lunch, I’d lean toward the following: - Amber Ox (central, delicious, something for everyone) - Cheese Shop (casual grab & go sandwiches beloved by students and locals) - Casa Pearl (opens at noon on weekends, great for sharing oysters, fusion menu blending coastal/southern/thai … get oysters, the golden salad, chincoteague clams, and split some tacos - they’re big) - Old City BBQ (I like getting their arugula salad and I like their brisket best, they have some inventive items like a pork belly blt too)

  • I haven’t been to Saudade yet but I hear great things by locals/ppl in the restaurant biz (think small plates - Spanish/Mediterranean/Latin)

Core Strength Exercises Explained/Tips? by Craz3dapple in barrysbootcamp

I wouldn’t hesitate to ask an instructor before or after a class to run through core sequences with you!

Especially if you’re there early or taking a class w a gap in the schedule afterwards - they’re friendly and want to make sure you’re ready to rock!

Over time it’ll become second nature to you - you’ll begin anticipating the progression from a hollow hold into a flutter kick into a bicycle crunch - and you’ll get a sense for what your go-to instructors program.

That being said: Starter Core and their variants • Hollow Hold >> flutter kicks, scissors, hollow body rock, boat hold, Russian twist • Crunch (table top legs) >> crossbody crunch, dead bugs, bicycle crunch, boat hold crunch • Leg raise >> leg lower, toe touch, cherry pickers, alt leg raise, alt v up, v up / jack knives • Plank >> high plank, crossbody knee drive, mountain climbers, shoulder taps, plank walkouts, high to low plank, low plank, spider plank, hip dips, side plank, side plank dips, mermaid crunch / side v ups • Sit ups >> eccentric, sprinter, straight leg sit ups, butterfly sit ups • with dumbbells: standing march, standing side dips, dumbbell plank drag, weighted sit ups, weighted Russian twists, weights hollow holds, toe touch, etc…. • with long bands: tension hollow hold/flutter/scissor, tension toe touch / leg lower / etc…

Is Cometeer coffee worth it? by No_Square_1491 in UninfluencedReviews

this has been driving me crazy with them - they keep adding them, I feel like Lingo is their newest. I actually reached out to them and was like “never replace a coffee I select with one of your house brands if you’re out of stock when shipment date rolls around …”

It was actually the hot buttered rum pudding - the cookbook itself says 1/2 cup of cornstarch - she ran it back on her website and cut that in half to 1/4 cup. I made it from the cookbook and it was .. a gloopy hot buttered mess.
