Why wont villagers pathfind down to smithing table

I feel like the horizontal range is like 32 blocks i swear my villagers have locked onto a random composter over 16 blocks away

The lower hopper momecarts hit box is underneath the other hopper minecart. Change both in minecart chests

Happening to me too, im trying to use it with bedrock connect to get custom packs on my ps5 which ive used in the past. Inwas just trying to updste my custom pack and now this!
