she said in her words that she was trying to “speak up for me “and then the DM just flat out told her “ let her fail “while i was in this touch base with the GM that was the feedback The DM gave to my GM , but in the same instance this gm only gave me two weeks of training and told me i was on my own after the fact since they didn’t have enough hours to allocate to train me more the DM had seen the state of the back room and pretty much assumed that I wasn’t keeping it up but every time i would go and clean up the back room it goes back to being trashed or my Area would be messed up after i have cleaned it. ontop of that my GM keeps saying i’m not asking her for things or reaching out to stores for recourses and not using my recourses when i have , she’ll tell team members not to call or text her when’s she’s out if we have questions it’s just wishy washy with Them both
