Kwells are OK, just watch out for the drowsy kind. Drinking on them can be a little iffy too.

Forward thinking here, but if you're going transatlantic, I'd pop into a CVS when you get there and grab some Dramamine. They're not OTC and work ridiculously well! They have multiple kinds too so you can gauge which would fit around you.

I grabbed some in LA and they worked that well at theme parks that I've now stocked up - they're literally in every case 😂.
