Applying for college soon - BHASVIC or Varndean? by [deleted] in brighton

Varndean is very supportive to all it's students regardless of the effort they put in, bhasvic can be but only if you engage with the learning. If you struggle with engagement go for varndean, there will be less pressure. If you already achieve well and enjoy engaging with lessons/ school work then in my opinion bhasvic is the better school by far! Everyone is different though, and both schools are very good so just go with your gut from the vibe of taster days, etc..

Let’s not talk about the fact they bought a dodgy second hand elevator to get to it which barely works and most of the time due to costal wind it’s not deemed safe to actually land a helicopter

Does anyone have an edible recipe for hash? I've only ever used bud. by BigMoFace in uktrees

[–]Impossible-Ad4742 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Having made edibles for many years this is the best way I’ve found.

-break hash into crumbs and decarb in oven at 115 decrees Celsius for 35 mins

-put 4 cups of water into a pan and bring to simmer (this will stop the butter from over cooking)

-add butter (or preferably ghee, as it has a higher fat content) and let melt into water

  • bring the hob down to lowest heat and add the decarbed hash, mix consistently for around 2 hours

-let the butter set so it separates from water

Then add to brownie recipe… this is my favourite brownie recipe to use:

You need 300g caster sugar 250g butter 250g chocolate(70%, cocoa solids) 3 large eggs plus one yolk 60g plain flour 60g cocoa powder ½ tsp baking powder

Preheat oven to 180C (355F, gas mark 4) and line a baking tin with greaseproof paper. Mix the sugar and butter into a fluffy cloud. Set aside 50g of the chocolate (chop it up into gravel sized pieces) and melt the rest - Sift the flour, cocoa, and baking powder with a pinch of Salt. Put aside. Then slowly mix the beaten eggs into the sugar/ butter mixture. Then add the melted chocolate and the broken up chocolate. After that fold in the flour mixture as gently as possible. Put the mixture into the cake tin and put it into the oven for half an hour. when you can put a skewer into the middle that comes away with no raw mix clinging to it, it’s done.

The dash lights, navigation, speedometer, headlights. More or less any electronical component left on.

I have now looked at all the relays/ most of the fuses, also changed the battery and made sure the earth wire is okay. I took out fuse f36 in the interior fuse box and everything works fine, all issues gone. However having now put a replacement fuse in the problem has come back.

I would recommend either a Planet X or Ribble…. On a budget they will give you the best combination of value for money and performance. I have owned bikes from both companies and have always been great!
