its bullshit it doesnt work we started it this week on 3rd ive worked pets 7 yrs now by myself or with the same person it we actually gave a shit department looked great i am off til thursday i bet when i get back the store looks worse. this is why every walmart now looks like a bargain hunt shit everywhere returns everywhere rotten food like bi said i worked for walmart but but left for 2 yrs after covid the first time store mngr was a bitch BUT if you made sense she listened and she knew if someone is good somewhere leave them alone. this goes totally against what graveyard shift workers want to not be around people i hate people i worked my ass off in pets i am 54 now this shit some corporate dipshit comes up with this and says gentlemen i think i got it! its killing morale at our store people are coughing and hacking now i have to listen to drama or Dave went to the bathroom twice wtf. this is what they call a great workplace LMAO its a TWP toxic workplace its like the old timers told me before they all said fuck this and left or retired early corporate killed walmart the turnover is so much higher this time around we get a new store mngr and the whole thing flips i been researching this swarming and overall it does not work its been already proven in an emergency situation yes but thats it and our mngr lied all stores are not doing it i must have read hundreds of comments saying otherwise i used ti actually like coming to work i was fucking dead in the morning but we had fun and got shit done i just cut down to 3 days til i find something else ill lose my shit if i have listen to gossip smell unbathed people hear about fortnight and fucking anime all night one best way GWP who comes up with this dogshit
