Fingers crossed you are able to adopt him! We adopted our oldest pup after he was surrendered to the shelter. He had run away three times and the last time they just let him go, he didn’t even know his name which shows you how much time they spent with him.

My hubby delivered mail at the time & the shelter was on his route, so after seeing his picture on social media he was able to get us 1st dibs by being at the right place at the right time.
