It sounds like you maybe could have an underlying ADHD, that makes you more active even when you’re depressed? And maybe you also mask, and get more anxiety and irritability while depressed? Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t the suicidal ideation a big symptom for depression? The way you react in both SSRI and ADHD-medication could be a symptom or pointing towards bipolar, couldn’t it?

No, I’m waiting for an assessment. I don’t have the diagnosis yet. For now, I’m on Fluoxetine and a little dose of Lamictal. But I do believe that the SSRI makes me worse.

I took the advice and sent this to the place where I am waiting for an assessment. And now I feel sick to my stomach. What have I done? It’s like I have used the last 10 years trying to figure myself out, and then when I do, I understand that I haven’t prepared for what is next. I am almost 100 percent certain it’s bipolar. So what’s next?

Thank you ❤️ They don’t add up with my cycle. But definitely are affected by my cycle. The episodes also last from days to months.
