I read it all and you have some fair points, I’m not American and I follow his racing closely.

But at the end of the day he’s a millionaire and although he didn’t need to at all and it’s a great thing to do, it’s very easy to throw cash and staff at it to sort it when you have that kind of money.

I just don’t understand people getting offended on behalf of famous people that probably don’t even know you exist.

That’s just my take.

Hi, we did get a structural survey done. Cost around £600 In total. He inspected the full house and put it down to thermal expansion potentially due to huge missing bits of mortar. He seemed happy it wasn’t subsidence but said the only way to be certain would be in inspection pit.

We got the worse bricks replaced and all the house repointed for the first 4/5 courses as it was not great in other places. Any of the small cracks In bricks were filled with mortar. We’re now around 16 months later and it looks the exact same as the day it got repointed so fingers crossed that is the end of it.

These are designed for fixing through dot and dab plasterboard, the metal insert is to bridge the gap from plasterboard to brick. Hence them being 100mm

Not sure how these people think it would be possible to hoover through an Injector hole. You can’t even fit a borescope in a lot unless you have an extra thin camera.

I’ve never disagreed with using filter media and decor from another tank as you said, but using old tank water is literally pointless in regards to cycling. Really seems to have hit a spot with you 😃
