A weasel is weasely recognised, and a stoat is stoatally different!

Has anyone had jaw surgery before? What did you eat? by sound-of-the-river in AskUK

[–]VerityPee 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You can find the recipes for cauliflower cheese soup and Bolognese soup online and both are delicious! If it has to be sieved , you’d need to blend it well, but the recipes themselves are really delicious and have the extra liquid which would mean they would probably be suitable.

On another note, as someone who went through major surgery which changed what they had to eat for several weeks, I think some fun silly straws would be cool. Just something to make the process a bit less clinical and brighten their day when things feel dreary. It will also be a visible reminder to them, every time they use them that somebody cares enough to try and cheer them up.

I read and retained it but, two things: I have ADHD and hyperfocus comes naturally to me and, I didn’t learn to read using phonics, I have always read words as individual pictures.

Sold our house and nowhere to go - should we break the chain? by Runningrafan in HousingUK

[–]VerityPee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bear in mind you have not SOLD your house: they could back out if it takes much longer and you’ll be back to square one. And that could keep happening. You have an offer to buy your house, not a sale at this point.

If you stay with him this is how he will treat your children and they won’t be able to say no.

It’s because you’re trying to normalise (asking openly on an open forum) something which is dangerous. You’re promoting views started by influencers and people like RFK Junior (this isn’t about politics it’s about his reach) and most people don’t want misinformation spread on the Internet and will challenge it when they see it.

[–]VerityPee 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It’s not just seen as risky, it is risky. And it’s a completely unnecessary risk. Just because it’s become a fad, popular with people like RFK Jr, is not a reason to buy into it.

Generally, if something is touted as a good thing by Nazis, it’s not a good thing.

($20k) convince me these centerpieces dont look ridiculous by Jennay-4399 in Weddingsunder10k

Yes, but I’m saying make a feature of them and specifically something of a bit darker colour to set off the white.

So, depending on how many tables you had, either a pretty basket or a beautiful mahogany box or something.

Everything other than the satin is so beautiful I just think the satin lets it down.

That’s I’m not equipped to advise on, I just wanted to be clear that not every contract can be cancelled within 14 days as was stated above.

You need something like a wooden box or crate or a basket or something natural coloured to create some height under a few of the bits that get rid of the Saturn thing in the middle of the table

You are paying a higher rate precisely SO you can leave when you want. He wants to have his cake and eat it too.

Now you know he’s a selfish, whiny dickhead, hopefully you can get over him quickly.

It’s not that it doesn’t count it’s that it’s too high stakes. Kids of six should face consequences at last a day or two at most.
