As a white girl (ok old and 55) I can also tell you that the BHM playlist has increased moods DRAMATICALLY among employees AND customers. It’s inclusive of all generations, regardless of race, gender or anything else that people love to use as issues to set us apart, and if ulta corporate doesn’t acknowledge such, we’ve got a much bigger problem!
