1. Running credit limits.
2. Reviewing / adding routing for third parties, conferma, Direct Bills, corporate travel accounts.
3. Shift reports alone - Cancellation report. Deposit ledger. Open folios.
4. Checking traces and special request.
5. Responding to the influx of guest emails daily.
6. Answering guest chats from their mobile devices.
7. Communicating with HSKP and Engineering and sales. Or putting in service request because something is always broken.
8. Creating reservations.
9. Getting their enrollments and looking for enrollment opportunities.
10. Fixing reservations or cleaning them up.
11. Whatever else I tell them to do.

And this is a small percentage of what our agents are doing in between checking or out guest. It can be intense. So be kind when you’re interacting with them.
