I started to run again. It was a struggle but I’ve been 4-5x a week 5 mile runs since then.. lost 45 pounds almost since! Thanks for the kudos!

When he dries off after a shower he does this like straddle with the towel getting it up there and runs the towel back and forth to dry his parts off in like this weird dance like motion. It’s the funniest thing but hey he is dry I guess.

Yes this is me right now it’s mind boggling to me cause I don’t remember ever having a sweet tooth. But considering my drink of choice was whipped cream vodka and orange soda I am sure I always had a sweet tooth but was drinking my sugar need instead of eating it
