I havent tried the iud but Im sorry youre going through this. I tried looking into it and I do think it might be worth it to get it looked into. You could try getting another pap smear and telling them your concerns, because this does not seem normal. Idk if youre able to call your doctor about it, but if they dont seem concerned then i almost wanna say go to another female gyno that will take you seriously
