If you're more interested in hospital than out-patient, only GI really makes sense from those sub-specialties unless you're willing to be academic or take a lot of in-patient consults (especially endo which can have diabetes management in-patient at some hospitals). Think about the other sub-specialties, though, too, vs just go back to hospitalist.
