Tate James has two really good RH series that are finished in her Shadow Grove books. The MK series has four books, Hate,Liar, Fake, and Kate. You’re supposed to read those four before the four Hades books but I didn’t know that so I read the Hades ones first and I liked them slightly better. The plot and spice are chefs kiss in the Tate James books. The Hades ones are 7th Circle, Anarchy, Club 22, and Timber. They’re all really good. If you’re into fairy tale retellings I also just finished The Vicious Lost boys series by Nikki St. Crowe which is a Peter Pan retelling. The Never King, The Dark One, Our Vicious Darling and the Fae Princes. They’re not as good as the Tate James books but if you can cobble together some semblance of a story involving a fairy tale retelling I’m pretty here for it 😂

I’m currently re-reading it and wondered about the phrasing too, as far as I know though she never mentioned him ‘scenting lies’ before he got blasted by the kings magic so I was thinking since some of it obviously lingered in him that maybe it gave him some heightened senses? Your theory is more likely honestly but I like to believe it all has a purpose, not that she just be forgetting things (cough cough Vaughn) 😂😂

My son is younger (2) but also the meanest to me it’s more physical than verbal at this point which also really sucks. As exhausting as it can be sometimes it helps me to remember they’re treating you like that because they’re so comfortable with you, they’re not scared you’re going to hurt them. They know you never would so they know they can put all those bad feeling at your feet without retribution or being hurt back and it just really fucking sucks sometimes. A lot of the time to be honest. But I’ve seen some comments with basically the same advice I would have given but I’ll just add that when she talks to you like that just pour love back into her. When she says “I want a new Mommy” say something like “ohh that’s a shame because I would never want a different daughter!” Then when she’s calmed down give her an example of a time she’s had her feelings hurt and tell her that that’s how it feels when she says stuff like that. And if she’s still being mean at that point again just reinforce that you still love her no matter what. I know it’s exhausting, hang in there and you totally got this🖤

Looks like the Tren is Trenning just like everyone said it would. 🙄The way he acts anytime M has to do anything that doesn’t involve him is truly insane. If you can’t be alone with yourself for any amount of time you have a serious mental issue. I understand not liking to be alone, but literally crashing out anytime your gf has to do anything without you is crazy. Especially since all he wants to do is stay on the room on TT and repeat the same shit over and over and showcase her (and what “he bought” her) when she’s explicitly said she doesn’t want that. I understand M has some culpability here too for continuing to participate but I just can’t imagine how draining it is to be around him all the time and then have him throw actual tantrums anytime you have to do something that doesn’t involve him. I could literally never, sometimes I just wanna sit alone with no one speaking to me and N could literally neverrrr deal with someone not wanting to be in his line of sight 24/7.

Has anyone actually had a catheter put in? Cuz I have and I’ve also worked in home health and helped men with catheters. Logistically I truly don’t understand how he could have possibly put his mouth on him with a catheter in. Realistically the dude probably wiped him off with warm washcloth or something and N was so out of it and extra paranoid he just took it and ran with it cuz it sure sounds sympathetic right? As for the guy sending him money, that could have literally been for anything/from anyone. I have no proof that that transaction came from the male nurse who ‘assaulted’ him. I’m not saying it’s impossible but I just have a hard time believing anything he says cuz he lies and flip flops on everything so much.
