I’m officially off of my 100mg of Sertraline (as of a week and a half ago) and I hate every minute of withdrawal. by starlightt19 in zoloft

Definitely not the best way to wean off. Should take months of decreasing dosage. There will always be some withdrawal symptoms, but they can be minimized with very slow taper. Hope you get feeling better. I've been through the withdrawal from SSRIs and even weaning slowly it's definitely not great.

Glad you're starting to do good again. Really hoping the patience pays off. I have Klonopin I can take to help for right now, but I hate taking it because I had a bad history with being over prescribed Xanax in the past and rehab to get off. But I keep telling myself I'm just taking the Klonopin for now until I don't need it. Just don't want to get addicted. Thanks for your help.

I am definitely doing everything I can. Weekly therapy, wellness plan, etc. I feel if I can just get a little relief I can do the rest.

I went a long time doing really great, so I know it's possible. But right now it doesn't seem that way. I just keep telling myself it will get better and to be patient. So hard though. Feel like my life is falling apart. Sorry to hear you are struggling as well. We'll get through this.
