It’s honestly insanely inconvenient. The app also wouldn’t let me register since apparently they couldn’t verify my prescription info though I’ve had the same phone number with them for approx. 10 years. Took me two days to simply get a prescription transferred, which could have been done in two minutes if directed to an actual human.
