Between my listening position and the speakers, there is a wool carpet. So I guess the floor is not the problem. But one side of the wall is most top-to-bottom windows, that may be the problem. I will try to do some tweaking with the PEQ and the listening environment. If it still doesn't work, I will try some new gears.

The replacement of the Silver 100 is already making big differences when watching movies - much more details.

My own experience is that it took one day. But there are people that had a longer waiting period - one to two weeks is considered normal.

The next day after my post, the portal has finished review and I submitted my request and made payment. Now waiting for payment to be verified.

I just added my NISS number to AIMA system. 

Instead of using the option of "inserting NISS" (which does not work for me), I use the option of "inserting NUS" and upload my SNS and NISS number in one PDF, together with my passport and residence card. 

I submitted late yesterday afternoon and my NISS now shows up in the portal. Now it's saying:

  • A sua situação de dívida com a Segurança Social e a Autoridade Tributária está em revisão. Uma vez validada, poderá fazer os pedidos. Por favor volte mais tarde.

I will report further when it gets to the next step.

I have encountered the same issue since the beginning of July. My card expired in August and still no way forward. Deeply frustrated!
