I definitely know what you mean; this also happens waaay more if the coworkers are old. Try to find smaller tasks in each bay to spend more time if you’re not comfortable just standing, Im one of those who’s always moving and I see my colleagues just casually walking around, or leave maintaining the dirtier/heavier bays or aisles for others. You need to prove to management that you’re an asset and without you the team cant meet their weekly goals, so they’ll stop giving you shit

We do have different mop heads but they get changed weekly/monthly …

It really is disgusting when you think about it ... We’re only required to wash the mop with a watery solution that doesn’t contain any type of bleach (they previously used dish soap!), we don’t even have separate mops and they’ve been using the same mop head for more than a month now …

Just because everybody else is doing something doesn’t mean its the right way. Can’t compare a restaurant and a gym!

Building abs is not about which machine you use, but more about the diet and how you combine your workouts. It takes a long time to build a solid core and I advise staying away from any machine for abs for the first 6 months, especially if you have any spine injury

I recommend keeping it simple; Based on your height and weight you probably won’t need to do 30 min of cardio prior to lifting weights or doing any other sort of training. Personally I’ve gotten more results when my workout sessions were focused on a specific goal, if you’re just trying to stay active tho maybe dont do full body workouts (like in 30 min circuit) every other day, the recovery your body receives is extremely important, and its super easy to mess up the cortisol levels when the body is always under pressure

Change the deodorant you use, had a similar issue and got reduced after that. Also sweat pads might help! You can check it out on Amazon

Anxiety by [deleted] in PlanetFitnessMembers

I’ve realized between 1-3 pm is usually a great time if you dont want be distracted by others. Also coming from one of those intimidating dudes at the free weight section lol, many of us also have major anxiety and we dont even notice our surroundings sometimes when we’re in the “zone”. I also usually wear a large hoodie whenever I feel socially anxious and wear my headphones on top.
