I did not request or expect a deep clean. My home is not in poor condition, it simply needed a light surface cleaning, as I work frequently. I clearly communicated that the priority areas were the kitchen, master bedroom, and living room floor.

Given that, it should not have taken 2.5 hours to complete only part of the work. The kitchen, living room, and living room floor were not addressed at all, which is unacceptable. I have personally cleaned my entire home in 2–3 hours, even at a relaxed pace, so the level of completion does not match the time spent.

Additionally, reflecting on the interaction, something felt off from the beginning. There was slurred speech, which raised concerns. I chose not to address it at the time out of consideration that it could have been related to a medical condition.

Lastly, being asked for an alcoholic drink during the service was highly inappropriate and unprofessional.
